Dominica was represented by two athletes at the London 2012 Olympic Games.

They are Mr Erison Hurtault and Ms Luan Gabriel.
Mr Erison Hurtault contested in the 400m, his time was 46.05.
Ms Luan Gabriel contested in the 200m, her time was 24.12.
